The New York Times Summer Academy

I was thrilled to be accepted into this year’s New York Times Summer Academy, where I studied investigative journalism, pitched and wrote an article on the risks of Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs.

I came away seeing that journalism and poetry can often ask the same question: what’s true here, and who needs to hear it?
